Enabling anonymous and GDPR-proof passenger data-sharing between airlines and airports. This data allows airports to optimize their operations based on expected passenger numbers and special needs (medical assistance, pets, ..).
Our AI-powered engine allows airlines to optimize their 'buy-on-board' allocation across different products and reduce waste for perishable goods. Optional module allowing passengers to pre-book their on board meal.
Marketplace linked to your GDS allowing flexible realtime ticket promotions based upon load factors. Passengers can buy tickets at reduced prices or we can set-up a bidding module to maximize profits.

Incident Management

Through our incident management service you'll gain access to our 24/7 hotline. Our incident managers will take ownership of the incident until it is resolved and inform you along the way.

Our experts have a technical background and experience with aviation processes and software. This enables them to quickly estimate the potential impact, look for potential workarounds and immediately contact the correct internal or external suppliers to get the issue fixed as soon as possible.

We'll monitor all agreed upon SLA's with external or internal suppliers and escalate when needed.
